It is with humble submission to God's perfect will that the Shepard family announce the transition of Mr. Elmer Leon Shephard. The Celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday, March 10, 2024, 12:00 Noon at Mill's Chapel FWB Church, 4943 Gaskins Road, Grimesland, North Carolina 27837. The Public Viewing will be held 1 hour prior to the service. Mr. Shepard will be laid to rest in Staton's Cemtery, 335 Rance Buck Road, Vanceboro, North Carolina 28586.
