A viewing is scheduled on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 from 5:00 PM til 7:00 PM at Rountree Family Mortuary & Cremation Service, 3152 US Hwy 17 S, Chocowinity, North Carolina 27817. A graveside service is scheduled on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, 10:00 AM at Saint Anna Missionary Baptist Church, 1841 Flat Swamp Road, Blounts Creek, North Carolina 27814. Mrs. Smith will be laid to rest in the church cemetery.
