It is with humble submission to Jehovah God's perfect will that the Spencer family announce the transition of Mrs. Viola Arthur Spencer, age 87 of Pantego, North Carolina. She departed this life on Monday, March 13, 2023. A Public Viewing will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023, from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Rountree Family Mortuary & Cremation Service, 3152 US Hwy 17 S., Chocowinity, North Carolina 27817. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, March 26, 2023 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 25319 US-264, Pantego, North Carolina 27860. The family has invited family and friends to come and dine with them immediately following the Memorial Service at the Belhaven Civic Center, 257 W. Pungo Street, Belhaven, North Carolina 27810.
